Stefan Wehrenberg has been practicing as an attorney for over 20 years and has extensive experience in all of the firm’s core legal areas (white collar criminal law, contract law and administrative law). Since 2022, he holds the office of President of the Swiss Military Supreme Court.
He has particularly profound knowledge due to his extensive experience as a criminal defense attorney and as a representative of other clients in complex white-collar criminal proceedings. In addition, he has a broad expertise in the field of international criminal law, in particular international assistance and extradition law, due to his many years of service in international courts (special tribunals for Rwanda, former Yugoslavia, Sierra Leone). Thanks to his involvement with various companies, Stefan Wehrenberg also has a great experience in the areas of compliance, anti-money laundering law and financial market supervision.
