Administrative law

The legal bond between the state and individuals is characterized by one-sided, authoritative acts. The state plays a superior role, be it with regard to naturalizations, tax bills or grants of building permits.

Administrative law is embodied in constitutional law and thus affects elementary rights of individuals, not especially fundamental rights. If you are affected by such authoritative acts or if state action is necessary to enforce your legal position, immediate action is in many cases required.

We would be pleased to support you with our experience in all matters of public law and to assist you in an advising and counseling role. If necessary, we will represent you in proceedings before municipal, cantonal and federal authorities.
